The event is free of charge and aimed especially at growth entrepreneurs and growth managers. The event is organized in cooperation with Technology Industry of Finland, and PwC.

Jyri Engeström – General Partner, Yes VC

Jyri Engeström is Co-Founder and General Partner of Yes VC, a venture capital firm in San Francisco. Together with his partner Caterina Fake (Flickr, Hunch) they have built and backed eight “unicorn” startups with a combined value of over $75 billion, including Unity, Etsy, Oura, Cloudera, Adept AI, and Boom Supersonic. Jyri’s entrepreneurial journey began with Jaiku, a mobile social networking service he co-founded with Petteri Koponen and sold to Google in 2007. He sold his second company Ditto, a recommendation service, to Groupon in 2012. He was the first investor in Oura, the smart ring, and Iceye, the world’s largest radar satellite constellation. In 2020 he founded Primary Diagnostics, a healthcare platform serving tens of millions of people across the U.S.

Katriina Grönqvist – CEO, Great Place to Work

Katriina Grönqvist is the CEO of Great Place to Work, a globally recognized authority on workplace culture. Katriina is an expert in working life and work culture, regularly contributing to mainstream print media and also produces content for GPTW. She has evaluated the work culture of over 300 organizations. She has appeared on national TV and radio, serving as a keynote speaker, panelist, and podcast guest. Great Place To Work® offers solutions to easily survey employees, uncover insights, and gain recognition for outstanding company culture.

Himadri Majumdar – CEO, SemiQon

Himadri Majumdar is the Co-founder and chief executive of SemiQon. SemiQon builds silicon-based quantum processors for the million-qubit era. Prior to co-founding SemiQon he was the Program Manager for Quantum Technologies at VTT. In his role he helped companies in quantum technology domain – especially fabless start-ups – to utilize VTT’s R&D expertise and infrastructure in quantum technologies. Himadri was also a founding member of the Finnish Quantum technologies ecosystem, InstituteQ, and led the business arm of the ecosystem, BusinessQ. His ambition is to see SemiQon, and quantum technology in general, becoming a Finnish and global success story through cooperation and strategic partnerships. Himadri has 20 years of experience in innovation and innovation management and is also trained as an experimental physicist

Anna-Leena Raij – Co-founder & Head of International Growth at Skipperi

Anna-Leena Raij is the head of international growth and co-founder of Skipperi, a fast growing tech oriented boating service launched in 2017 in Finland. Anna-Leena has led Skipperi’s expansion to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, New Zealand and Canada, and is currently working on launching Skipperi in the US. She has 10+ experience in international business, especially in scanning expansion opportunities, localizing and launching services in new markets and in building global teams.
