Cancellation policy: We reserve the right for program and fee changes. The participation fee will be billed beforehand. Cancellation fee: 30 EUR + VAT/person if attendence is cancelled 2 weeks before the event. If participation is cancelled later than 2 weeks before the event, we reserve the right to charge the participation fee in full. However, please note that you can transfer your reserved spot to another person if need be. If you are forced to cancel due to sickness, we can only provide reimbursement once you have presented a medical note.
